Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Do you accept returns/exchange?

We DO accept REFUNDS, but not EXCHANGES. Returns within 14 DAYS will receive a FREE REFUND. We only accept EXCHANGES unless the item is damaged, or you have received the wrong item through the mail. Please contact us within 24 hours if you received the wrong item. However, you can send us pictures of the unworn lashes or accessories to our email address. All sales of products are FINAL. Questions- If you have any questions about the delivery and shipment, or your order, please contact us. Please do not place last minute orders during the holidays. We are not responsible for any late packages and this will be out of our control!!!

Shipping and Delivery

To where do you ship?

Intuitive Lashes and Accessories, LLC only ships in the United States.

Do you ship on the weekends?

Yes, we ship on Saturdays. Orders have to be placed before 2:30 p.m.

Do you ship packages internationally?

No, we DO NOT internationally. Only in the United States.

How long is shipping and delivery?

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of purchase.  Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order unless there are exceptional circumstances.  Please allow orders 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed.  For shipping, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your purchase. Please allow 3-5 for delivery, and we ship out orders from Monday-Saturday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery methods, and the number of items ordered.  Larger orders may also be delivered in separate shipments.  Allow up to 1-3 business days for shipping and tracking confirmation sent via email. Delivery Instructions-Remember to list your apartment number during checkout. Damaged Items in Transport-Once packages are received by carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damages.  If there is any damage to your package on delivery, the carrier is responsible so please contact them.  If there are damages to your lashes or any other product, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item.
